NOVUS VIA d.o.o. ("we", "us", "NOVUS VIA") respects the privacy of visitors to its website, novusvia.hr. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, for what purposes, on what legal basis, and what rights you have regarding your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

2. What Data We Collect
Our website is primarily informational and does not include a contact form that directly collects your data. We may collect data about you only in the following cases:
- When you contact us by email (via the "Send email" button or directly at info@novusvia.hr) — we process your email address, name (if provided) and the content of the message you send us.
- When you contact us via WhatsApp (via the "Let's chat" button) — this opens the WhatsApp app or web.whatsapp.com, and the message exchange then takes place through a service owned by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, under their own terms and privacy policy.
- Technical data via third-party services — the site loads web fonts from Google's servers (Google Fonts), which transfers your IP address to Google for font delivery. We do not use Google Analytics or any other visitor-tracking tools.
3. Cookies
Our website does not currently set any cookies of its own, nor does it use analytics or visitor-tracking tools. Should this change in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated, and a separate cookie consent management system will be introduced if required.
4. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
Data you voluntarily send us via email or WhatsApp is processed for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and potentially establishing a business relationship. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), or the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract, at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
5. Third-Party Services
To operate and design the website, we use the following external services, each with its own privacy policy:
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited) — web font delivery.
- WhatsApp / Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — message exchange via the "Let's chat" button.
We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of the above service providers for details on their data processing practices.
6. Data Retention
Messages and data you send us via email are retained for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry or for the duration of any resulting business relationship, and no longer than required by statutory retention periods for business records.
